What amazes me is these people go to great lengths to get their site to rank highly, then because they are all about the quick fix they have nothing of value to then sell from their highly ranked site, or even if they do they have no idea how to go about conducting a proper business. I have many sites ranked highly on the Search engines however that's only half the job you got to then convert into a solid business turning over ROI too.
